Cancellation & Confirmation
To secure your appointment with us we require a 50% deposit, at
the time of booking, for all treatments longer than 1.5hrs; group
bookings and all Day Spa packages.
If you are running late we may not be able to perform the full
service, however we will have to charge full fee. We will try to
accomadate you as best we can, but please understand that we need
to run on time to avoid inconveniencing our other clients.
We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment.
To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you give us 24hrs
notice so that someone else may visit us. If no notice is given a
50% cancellation fee will apply to all treatments longer than 1hr
or more than $100.
We require 24hours notice if a treatment to be paid by gift
voucher is to be cancelled or changed. Otherwise 50% of the gift
voucher value will be redeemed. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed
for cash and will not be honoured if expired. Please quote gift
voucher number at time of booking and present gift voucher to
reception upon arrival for your treatment.
